WapiPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with WhatsApp, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Chrome, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create or use a WapiPro account, we may collect information such as:

• Your profile image, if provided by a login provider such as Google.

1.2 Google Sign-In Information

We do not use your Google account information for advertising, retargeting, sale to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to providing and securing WapiPro.

• We do not ask for or store your WhatsApp login credentials.
• We do not collect your private chat content unless you explicitly choose to export or back up data that contains such information.
• We do not collect information from websites unrelated to WapiPro’s declared extension functionality.
• We do not monitor unrelated browsing activity.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not sell exported contacts or export files.
• We do not use exported contacts for advertising, retargeting, or interest-based advertising.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your WapiPro account.
• To authenticate users and protect accounts.
• To provide contact export, file generation, download, and backup features.
• To track credits, usage limits, subscription status, and plan access.
• To process payments, invoices, refunds, and billing support.

4. Browser Extension Permissions

The WapiPro browser extension requests only the permissions needed to provide its user-facing features. These permissions are used only for the extension’s single purpose: helping users export, organize, download, and optionally back up contact information that is visible to them through their own WhatsApp Web session.

• Access to WhatsApp Web: used only to read contact information visible to the user in their own WhatsApp Web session for export purposes.
• Downloads permission: used to generate and download export files such as XLSX, CSV, or vCard.
• Storage permission: used to save extension settings, preferences, authentication state, and temporary export-related information.
• Authentication permissions: used to connect the extension to the user’s WapiPro account when login is required.
• Network/API access: used to securely communicate with WapiPro servers for authentication, account management, credit verification, export processing, backup, and support features.

WapiPro does not use extension permissions to monitor unrelated browsing activity. The extension does not access websites unrelated to its declared functionality except where technically required and disclosed in the Chrome Web Store listing.

5. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

WapiPro’s use and transfer of information received from Chrome extension permissions and Google-related services will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

WapiPro only uses user data and extension permissions to provide or improve the single purpose of the extension: helping users export, organize, download, and optionally back up contact information that is visible to them through their own WhatsApp Web session.

WapiPro does not use Chrome extension user data, WhatsApp Web data, exported contacts, export files, or Google account data for:

• Personalized advertising.
• Retargeting.
• Interest-based advertising.
• Selling data to third parties.
• Sharing data with data brokers.
• Determining creditworthiness or lending eligibility.
• Any purpose unrelated to WapiPro’s core export, backup, account, billing, security, support, or product-improvement features.

WapiPro does not allow humans to read exported user data unless one of the following applies:

• The user gives explicit permission for support or troubleshooting.
• Access is necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or service protection.
• Access is required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request.
• The data is aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified and used for internal operations, analytics, or product improvement.

WapiPro only transfers user data to trusted service providers when necessary to provide or improve the service, process payments, provide hosting, authenticate users, store backups requested by the user, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud and abuse.

All personal or sensitive user data transmitted by WapiPro is sent using secure encrypted connections such as HTTPS. Where applicable, stored sensitive data is protected using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

6. Chrome Web Store Privacy Practices Disclosure

For Chrome Web Store privacy disclosure purposes, WapiPro may process the following categories of data:

• Personally identifiable information: name, email address, and profile image for account login.
• Authentication information: login session tokens or authentication state needed to keep users signed in securely.
• Financial and payment information: billing status, invoices, payment status, and transaction records.

7. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Advertising Data

If you interact with WapiPro through Meta platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Meta ads, Meta Pixel, lead forms, messaging tools, or any Meta-related integration, we may receive limited information related to your interaction, depending on the feature used.

• Your name and contact details if you submit them through a Meta lead form or message.
• Ad click information.
• Website events such as page views, sign-ups, leads, or purchases.
