This page explains how you can request deletion of your WapiPro account data, exported file backups, and data connected through third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Google where applicable. </p> <h2>Request deletion of your WapiPro account data</h2> <p> If you want to delete your WapiPro account data, please send a request to: <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> </p> <p> To help us verify and process your request, please contact us from the email address associated with your WapiPro account and include the subject line: <strong>Data Deletion Request</strong>. </p> <h2>What data can be deleted</h2> <p>Depending on your use of WapiPro, deletion may include:</p> <ul> <li>Your WapiPro account information, such as name, email address, and profile image.</li> <li>Usage data linked to your account, such as export history, credit usage, and activity timestamps.</li> <li>Optional exported file backups stored in your WapiPro account, if backup features were used.</li> <li>Connected account information from Google, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, where applicable.</li> <li>Other personal data associated with your WapiPro account, unless we are legally required to retain it.</li> </ul> <h2>Meta, Facebook, and Instagram data deletion</h2> <p> If you used WapiPro through Meta, Facebook, or Instagram features, you may also remove WapiPro from your Meta account settings. </p> <p>To remove WapiPro from your Facebook account:</p> <ol> <li>Go to your Facebook account settings.</li> <li>Open <strong>Settings & privacy</strong>, then click <strong>Settings</strong>.</li> <li>Go to <strong>Apps and Websites</strong>.</li> <li>Find WapiPro in the list of connected apps.</li> <li>Click <strong>Remove</strong> to disconnect WapiPro.</li> </ol> <p> Removing the app from Facebook or Meta may disconnect WapiPro from your Meta account, but it may not automatically delete all data stored in WapiPro systems. To request deletion from WapiPro, please also email us at: <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>. </p> <h2>Google account data deletion</h2> <p> If you signed in to WapiPro using Google, you can remove WapiPro access from your Google account permissions. You may also request deletion of your WapiPro account data by contacting us at: <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a>. </p> <h2>Processing time</h2> <p> We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements. We may need to verify your identity before deleting account-related data. </p> <h2>Data we may retain</h2> <p> Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
