Prohibited use

No spam policy

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WapiPro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, account restrictions, platform enforcement actions, or claims resulting from your misuse of the service.

Acceptable Use of WapiPro

WapiPro is designed for legitimate business communication through authorized WhatsApp Business workflows, including the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API where applicable.

Users must not use WapiPro for scraping, unauthorized contact extraction, spam, unsolicited outbound marketing, harassment, cold outreach, or any activity that violates WhatsApp rules, Meta policies, privacy laws, anti-spam laws, or applicable regulations.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper permission, consent, or lawful basis to contact their customers or leads through WhatsApp. WapiPro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
