1. Purpose

WapiPro is a WhatsApp Business contact management and CRM workflow platform. Our tools help businesses organize authorized WhatsApp contacts, export CRM-ready records, manage seller workflows, and connect official Meta Cloud API workflows.

This Responsible Use Policy explains what users may and may not do with WapiPro services.

2. Authorized Use

WapiPro is designed for the following business activities:

• Organizing contact information visible in your own WhatsApp Web session
• Exporting CRM-ready records (CSV, XLSX, Excel, vCard) for internal business use
• Managing seller workflows, customer records, and order follow-up
• Preparing customer records for CRM backup and internal reporting
• Connecting supported messaging workflows through the official WhatsApp Business Platform / Meta Cloud API

Users must only export, store, and use contact information where they have permission, consent, contractual necessity, legitimate business need, or another lawful basis.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using WapiPro:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages, bulk promotional content, or mass communication to contacts who have not consented.
• Unauthorized Scraping: Using WapiPro to scrape, harvest, or collect contact data from accounts, groups, or conversations you do not own or have authorization to access.
• Contact Harvesting: Collecting contact information from third-party sources or public groups without proper authorization.
• Selling Contact Data: Selling, renting, sharing, or distributing exported contact data to third parties without explicit consent from the data subjects.
• Unsolicited Marketing: Using exported data for cold outreach, lead generation campaigns, or marketing activities without prior consent.
• Harassment: Using WapiPro to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass any individual.
• Fraud: Using WapiPro for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Platform Abuse: Violating WhatsApp's Terms of Service, Meta's Platform Policies, or attempting to bypass API restrictions.
• Legal Violations: Using WapiPro in ways that violate applicable local, national, or international laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
• Unauthorized Contact: Contacting individuals without permission or lawful basis for communication.

4. Meta Cloud API Separation

WapiPro integrates with the official WhatsApp Business Platform / Meta Cloud API for supported messaging workflows. This integration is separate from browser-based contact export functionality.

Contact export is intended only for information visible in the user's own WhatsApp Web session and only where the user has permission or lawful basis. Meta API workflows operate independently through official, approved channels.

5. Data Handling

WapiPro does not sell contact data, does not provide third-party lead lists, and does not support unauthorized data collection. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of exported data complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

6. Enforcement
